Our Depot Services features a staff of in-house service specialists who will diagnose and repair most major brands of barcode and Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) equipment. National Service Center's Depot Repair Center includes:

Depot Repair Services features two flexible service options including:
Time and Materials Repair — Depot time and materials repair offers a convenient, pay-as-you-go way to obtain repairs on
your barcode printer and scanner equipment when it breaks down, becomes damaged or simply is not working properly.
Equipment is sent directly to our depot facility and is promptly diagnosed by our highly trained staff.
A repair estimate is provided, and upon approval of the estimate, NSC will promptly make the repair,
and ship back your equipment — usually within 48-hours.
In addition, all depot repairs receive NSC's 8-point service check.
Annual Service Contracts — Depot service contracts are a cost efficient way to keep your barcode printer and scanner equipment up and running. Depot service contracts include unlimited repairs, all non-consumable parts, labor and standard return freight.
